Change number of rings

I want to change the number of rings on my landline to 5 before the voicemail greeting begins. I have tried doing this on the Xfinity webpage for voicemail help but the option to change the number of rings DOES NOT APPEAR! Please help!

user_5729e1 Thank you for stopping in for help with updating the number of rings before your landline number goes to voicemail. If you are logged in as the Primary user or account manager and are using a full browser, the option should be there. If you check out Xfinity Voice Settings and then go to call forwarding and advanced call forwarding, the ring option is there.
