calls to landline+cellphone cut off after 1 ring

I am Triple Play (pay) Customer and calls to my landline that simultaneously go to my cellphone through Xfinity Connect app or Voice2Go (whatever it's called) are being cut off on both phones after just 1 ring.  I can't get to either phone fast enough to salvage a live call.
