Call forwarding was set up within the Xfinity voice website.   Not a new problem.

Hi @user_f6f07e! Thank you for joining us on the Xfinity Forums to check into this call forwarding issue. Yikes! I'm sorry that's happening. I'd be frustrated as well with these calls going to voicemail instead. When did this issue first start for you? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far on your end?

@XfinityCassandra

Thank you for your response.

It started earlier this year; not sure of the date.  The old xfinity connect was still on my phone.  I deleted that old app.  Problem still happening.  I'm wondering if it would be better to not forward via the xfinity home phone page but rather use a *72 function from the home phone?

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
