Calling Features

using the comcast home phone i need to have all features turned off. such as voicemail, call waiting, caller id etc. please help as no reps in the call centers have been able to help.

At this time, we do not offer "featureless" Xfinity Voice service for the primary line. This is based on how our current billing system provisions service for Voice.

There is an ability to add a secondary line (additional phone number) without features. If you went this route, that number would make use of the "Tel2" port on your Gateway or eMTA.

I work from home and they removed all my features. I don’t have call waiting or call forwarding. I didn’t have caller ID for 3 years but it just came back when they reset my modem.
