Caller ID not working

Caller ID has not displayed our landline phone calls on our TV for quite some time. I have the Xfinity voice option turned on so that's not the issue. Any advice?

I know you mentioned you previously had it, but from time to time, the requirements do get adjusted, and specific features may not be available. Please let us know if your account and box meet the requirements, we can look into further troubleshooting steps.
