Caller ID not working properly

Some time ago I noticed that when the phone is ringing the displayed caller ID says "Home Line Call".  I does not happen always but in a least 50% cases.  I called support few times they did something, for a whole caller ID worked but after a while it stopped working again.  The problem from my side is that my phone does not recognize it as a call and I have know idea that somebody called.  However, the call is registered in my Xfinity account call history.

Is there any way to fix this issue permanently.  Please help.
