Caller ID not working properly
Some time ago I noticed that when the phone is ringing the displayed caller ID says "Home Line Call". I does not happen always but in a least 50% cases. I called support few times they did something, for a whole caller ID worked but after a while it stopped working again. The problem from my side is that my phone does not recognize it as a call and I have know idea that somebody called. However, the call is registered in my Xfinity account call history.
Is there any way to fix this issue permanently. Please help.

Thanks for reaching out @user_6326c7! What should your Caller ID say? Does it say nothing at all 50% of the time? Just trying to grasp the issue here.
