Caller ID Issue

Contacted Comcast yesterday to lower my bill. i did not even change my plan. Since then Caller ID is no longer working. Every number comes up as anonymous. I've called in and chatted several times but still do not have results. My elderly family member relies on this service when I am away from the house. Looks like a lot of people are having the same issue. I wish comcast would do something.
