Caller ID for TV

Trying get caller ID to show on TV. I have already made all the correct changes on my end. I used to have it but stopped working when I started new contract

Hello @user_4m992t when you said you made the correct changes I assume you mean these settings on the box?

 

How to Enable Caller ID on X1 TV Box:
Press the Xfinity Button: on your remote.
Navigate to the Settings (gear icon) and press OK.
Select Preferences, then Notifications.
Highlight the notification you want to change (e.g., Caller ID or Xfinity Voice) and press OK.
Toggle the setting to On, and if it's already on, try turning it Off and then On again.
Exit the menu to save. 

 

If you've done those steps, and it is still not working then the code we add to make sure that feature is included may have been removed from the account during the package change. If thats the case we can double-check the plan and add it.

I’m having trouble enabling caller I’d. I went through the set up steps but it’s not working.
