Caller id doesn't work since upgrade of new xfinty modem

Verified all notifications are On. Reset both modem and cable box. No success. Another Xfinity problem???? How to fix

No service changes here. What's wrong with your services? The upgrade/activation link for the new modem disconnected my voice service.  I had to spend excessive time with your online tech support to just resolve that. Now the caller id doesn't work on the TV. Works ok on the landlines phones???. Clearly there are technical issues on your end
