Caller ID always shows “anonymous caller” even when we do know the caller
We upgraded our modem a while back and caller ID has not worked ever since. It always say “anonymous caller”, which it isn’t. We called once, and the person said it was fixed, yet it has not been fixed. In the forum someone stated that they got theirs resolved by getting an advanced ticket. We just don’t have time to constantly call and deal with it. You’d think they would get this bug fixed with all of these complaints.
