Call waiting & caller ID

Our package was changed on Tuesday and our services were messed up as usual. We are still waiting for the phone call we were supposed to receive Wednesday morning by 9:30. We were given a ticket # but Comcast NEVER follows thru with them. Our caller ID and call waiting is still not working on our main line. Comcast transferred it to our 2nd line which is a dedicated fax line.
