Call History-No logged calls since 1/7/21 PM EST

Call history has not documented any calls since 1/7/21 at 9:14 PM EST.  Unable to see new activity on laptop via Xfinity website or via Xfinity Connect App on android device.  Have completed power cycle of modem and router as well as all equipment on network.  This problem is occurring in Pittsburgh, PA.  Thank you.

Call History update from Pittsburgh area: Two (2) calls logged on Sunday January 10, 2021 and two (2) calls logged as of 10:30 AM today, January 11, 2021. 

 

However, these four (4) calls do not represent all activity for Sunday and Monday. 

 

Several calls were placed/received on January 8, 2021 and January 9, 2021 without any activity reflected in Call History.

1/12/2021 Call History update from Pittsburgh area:  Call History issue appears to be corrected as of this morning.  Current log now reflects all calls placed/received/missed for the time period in question.
