Call History

My call history stopped working on Wed Jan 1. Have had 12 + calls since. I unplugged modem / router and phone no luck. I do have Nomorobo, it's working - blocked a Co St Gvt insurance poll 303 692 2190 on 12/31/19 and insurance scam from 303 656 2117 today. I'm in Denver CO Anyone else ? 

Edit: And did a reset via Xfinity portal
