call history cant see

when I go to look at call history and click on it it comes up error 404 what is going on. I have done it in past and was updating my records today

Mom1932Wey Thank you so much for stopping in for help with our Xfinity home phone call history and getting the 404 error when trying to pull that up. There is a known issue currently reported that our engineering team is already addressing and will correct the error as soon as possible.
