No way to add numbers. I need to be able to do so. I've already tried chatting with a representative with no mitigation.

If that doesn't work, please, use the Direct Messaging icon (next to the bell) and compose a new message to "Xfinity Support" with your name and address so we can make sure the feature is active on your account.
