Call Forwarding and Nomorobo

I'm trying to set this up but when I do it online I get an error message.  When I do it from Xfinity connect app on my Iphone it says my plan is not set up for this.  How can that be when i go to Voicemail online it says I can set up Nomorobo.  What type of plan do I need?  I didn't see any options for this when I signed up for Xfinity last week and wasn't asked what type of phone service I wanted.  I know a lot of people have this same issue but I'm wondering if there are any moderators here that can help?

So I did more research and I think I found the issue.  Comcast offers three different phone plans.  They are Xfinity Voice Unlimited, Xfinity Voice Unlimited Select and Xfinity Voice Unlimited Saver.  The first two plans include call forwarding, the third does not.  My guess is if you signed up for TV, Internet and Phone service you were given the Saver plan and you do not get call forwarding with this plan. You do get three way calling, call waiting, caller ID, caller ID with call waiting, call ID blocking and Call trace but no call forwarding.  Their software is not sophisticated enough to differentiate your plan so their menu shows call forwarding and Nomorobo available to all when in fact you get an error message if you have the Saver plan with no explanation.  Here's the link to explain the plan differences:Xfinity Voice Suite of Products - Call Plans Overview
