Blocking 717-890 incoming calls

Approximately 2-3 months ago I started receiving (on my caller ID) calls from Middletown 717-890..... We NEVER answer the phone if we don't recognize the phone numbers when the voice identifies and calls out the number. It is our opinion if the call is important they will leave a message. They can call at least 3 times a day. I have tried checking reverse phone number and there are 100's of prefix phone numbers with a 717-890 and believe it or not we have had AT LEAST 3 phone calls with the 717-890 prefix. Unfortunately we never thought of writing down the phone numbers before blocking and erasing them from our landline. This is harassment because it is probably robot calls. The last four digits of each phone numbers are different and are from Middletown with the prefix 717-890. Has anyone ever had this problem and does anyone have any suggestions. Any suggestions are appreciated. We have excellent service with Xfinity and no problems.....just harassing phone calls

I checked my call history for these phone calls and they have called OVER 120 times since June of this year. They are all from Middletown PA and have the prefixes of 717-890 and the last four digits are ALWAYS different.

@Hanson We appreciate you reaching out here on our Xfinity Forums! I'm truly sorry to hear that you've been receiving spam calls. I know how frustrating it can be. Can you clarify if this is happening on a landline phone or an Xfinity Mobile cell phone?

It is my landline. The sad part is I was hospitalized the first part of the year and my husband was told I might not make it. Then in June we started getting the spam calls. You become concerned if he would get a call that I died. Imagine what spammers are doing to people who are going through a bad time. I was going to suggest to allow your customers to have the opportunity to block 100 phone number of spammers. It wouldn't help me because when I checked my call history this spammer has called my landline number over 120 times. The calls can start to call my landline at 10:58 a.m. and as late as 8:57 p.m. There should be something that can be done. I can call you and give you my landline number and you can check my call history to see if I am lying. I can't change my phone number too many people medical/family/friends/businesses....

Okay I look forward to your response. I sent you a message. You and your colleagues will probably have a chuckle on the calls.  A few of the calls were not identified as Middletown, but to look at the phone number you will see it is from 717-890

I am having the same problem with spam calls with the prefix of (717) 890- xxxx, where the last four digits are always different.  The caller ID identifies the call as originating in Middletown,PA.  I receive calls with this caller ID at least once per day and often multiple times per day
