Beyond irate and upset
I have called Xfinity 32 times since December 24th to have Call Waiting & Voicemail removed from my account. I have been bounced around numerous times, and told that it has been completed. I have called and told numerous times that both features are still working. I work from home and have missed a month of work dealing with this. It makes no sense that I have to call , over and over and over and it still not be resolved. I am in the process of finding a different company being that this one can't get it right.

@MRSJONES305 I don’t have a solution for you, but I just wanted to chime in that I am having the exact same issue. I posted the issue on this forum on January 22nd, and have not yet gotten a response on my post. I have spoken to numerous people at Xfinity, and they also tell me that the call waiting has been removed, but it has not. I have sent an email, I have reached out via Twitter. I have been going round and round with this foolishness since January 14th.
It has also impacted my ability to work from home, which has really made even more angry. Problems like this really exposes the lack of customer service that exists with Xifnity. They should be ashamed of themselves! I am still trying to figure out what the purpose of their so-called customer service guarantee is, and what a customer gets if Xfinity does not fulfill the guarantee.
