Beyond irate and upset
I have called Xfinity 32 times since December 24th to have Call Waiting & Voicemail removed from my account. I have been bounced around numerous times, and told that it has been completed. I have called and told numerous times that both features are still working. I work from home and have missed a month of work dealing with this. It makes no sense that I have to call , over and over and over and it still not be resolved. I am in the process of finding a different company being that this one can't get it right.
