Activating Readable Voicemail

I had Readable Voicemail for several years on one of my two home phone lines.Then I changed my Xfinity contract and had to reactivate the second phone line. Now Readable Voicemail no longer works. How do I reactivate Readable Voicemail on my second home phone number?
