Why do you guys keep lying about cancellation services

i have tried to cancel so many times this service because i have moved and i cannot get xfinity to cancel at all i have called and asked the agents and they say yes we will cancel many times and they still have not canceled i have been billed so much for something i cant even use and then they just keep lying all the time
