Poor technicians at Xfinity.

An appointment was scheduled on June 22nd from

3pm-5pm for a technician to activate and install our home WiFi since it was not activated.


Cancelled every other appointment in order to be available for the technician.

At 5PM, no one had stopped by. Called Xfinity at 5:04PM and the rep said what they can do is to set up another appointment. This was not a good service, no phone call or text message from anyone to say that the technician could not make it for the appointment. Stayed home for nothing. Could have gone for other appointments that I scheduled.
