Billing Question
Hello. I changed my tv and internet plan on the 24th of last month from 600 Mbps to 400 Mbps for internet and eliminated cable bringing down monthly cost to $65.00, but this morning I received a notification that automatic payment of $121.32 was processed, which was the total for my previous plan. Is it a situation of having changed my plan late in May and therefore the previous plan was still in motion before the adjustment? In this case, I should see the bill go down to $65 next month? Just curious about it all, thank you for your time.
