Xfinity Servie NO-SHOw

No show for Xfinity Service 5/22/25

Took forever to book an appointment, left work to meet technician at scheduled time.

NO SHOW

Very disappointed, again.

We are so sorry to hear that your technician did not make your appointment, I completely understand where your frustrations are coming from. If I left work to meet a technician at a scheduled time, I'd be upset as well. We'd be happy to look into what happened with your appointment as well as get you rescheduled so that your service issues can get addressed as soon as possible. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account?

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
