Xfinity Prepaid set up help

Hi! I have the prepaid xfinity equipment shown in the photos from an old job site. I am trying to get this set up at a new construction job site for work, but I have no clue how prepaid works and what is needed to get it up and running once we already have this equipment. Can you let me know how to get this working and the necessary steps I need to take? Do I need a service appointment?
