Xfinity communications box

Hello, I was involved in an accident on March 6th in which I pulled into the parking lot of a gas station and while doing so drove over an Xfinity communications box embedded in the roadway and it collapsed under my vehicle. The front of my vehicle fell into the communications box damaging the front of my vehicle along with tire damage. I called law enforcement and a police report was filed. My car had to be pulled out of the hole by AAA and an area of the road had to be blocked off my law enforcement. The police officer filed a report through Xfinity. I received medical care post accident as well. I have called Xfinity inquiring about next steps and was told I’d receive an email update as the incident was under investigation. I have consulted with my personal insurance carrier on a few occasions who reported that had not had contact with Xfinity. It is now about 2 months post accident and I still have not heard anything. I’m wondering what the next steps are. I had to pay a deductible for the damages on my vehicle as well as medical bills out of pocket. I don’t feel like this is just as this was completely not my fault. The accident was due to the Xfinity box collapsing under my vehicle which had nothing to do with an error on my part.
