Where did the rest of my emails go?

I did the switch over to Yahoo.com from Xfinity Email (comcast.net) today on 5/26/2026.  There was a PDF in the comcast.net emails that were ticket confirmations to the Sight & Sound Theater in Lancaster, PA.  I CANNOT ACCESS THIS EMAIL ANYMORE AND THE TICKET CONFIRMATION EMAIL DID NOT TRANSFER OVER TO YAHOO.COM.  

My show is on 5/27/2026, and I need that email to show my access to the show.  What happened?  You said everything would transfer but I cannot find my email for this show.  Joshua is the live production, and it is scheduled for 11 AM on 5/27/2026.
