Virtual prepaid card redemption code lost — request reissue

Hello Xfinity Support,

I received an Xfinity virtual prepaid promotional card. The card was used once, then placed on hold after a merchant decline. I do not have the original redemption code, and the card is now inaccessible.

I understand the redemption code cannot be retrieved, and I am not requesting the code. I am requesting a reissue of the virtual prepaid card through the Xfinity Incentive Tracker, for the remaining balance.

I have already been directed between Xfinity and Blackhawk, and Blackhawk advised that Xfinity must authorize the reissue.

Could an official Xfinity employee please assist with approving and submitting the reissue? I can provide account details privately if needed.
