Unprofessional
Rude and unprofessional employee. Changes were made on my account without my knowledge so I called to get my card information removed as well as refunded for a bill that was not supposed to be charged on my account but instead of helping me. She hung up. Why do I need authorization when the people who made changes to mine didn’t need it smh
