Transfer number

I had an Xfinity rep help me create a transfer number to go back to Verizon only because I didn't realized I owed them money for 2 phones. This rep was at your store in Westfield, ma East main st

Once he got the number he typed it on my phone now I can not locate where he typed it could you please help me try to locate it?
