Is he a bot or actual person?  I received a message from his office 3 business days ago, stating someone would reach out in 24 hours. NO, no one has called.  Very disappointing, but also consistent with Xfinity support.

I posted a complaint and was told I would be contacted in 24 hours. Not the case at all. 
I was then asked to provide my entire account number and last four digits of my payment method, which was NOT originally requested. Stall tactics.
