It just happened again. Every time I try to post my Comcast problem the site crashes and requires that I start over. Like I said at the beginning, it just did it to me again.
@user_a7fcfb but you are able to post here. Try clearing your cache and cookies and/or use a different browser. If you're using your phone, try rebooting it.
