Requesting Tech Ops Ticket for Replacement In-Ground Utility Vault Cover

 An underground Xfinity service vault/handhole box located on my property has a damaged green plastic cover that needs to be swapped out. The lid is roughly 27x38.5 inches.

This is a request for a Tech Ops / network maintenance crew to drop off or install a new composite ground cover. This is an exterior infrastructure issue; please do not schedule an in-home service call or charge an in-home service fee. Thank you!
