Purchased NOW Internet – Payment Completed but Cannot Log In – Urgent Assistance Needed

I recently purchased the NOW Internet 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload plan for $30 per month. The payment was successfully processed via my credit card, but I cannot log into the system. Every time I try, the login page either shows an error or doesn’t load at all. I have already tried clearing my browser cache, using different browsers, and switching devices, but the issue persists.
I need urgent help to activate my account and access my internet service.
