Sending a private message to anyone in the forums without request is a violation of the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy. Plus, you are no longer able to send a PM to a specific person since our forum upgrade. Please post your issue in public in the appropriate forum and either a customer, Expert, or Official Employee will help you.
