Please delete this ID. I have no interest in the community forum. This was created on accident and I would like it deleted please.

Due to system limitations, we are unable to delete profiles from the forums. However there are 2 options:
 
  1. You can go into your profiles and uncheck all notifications. This will stop you from getting emails from the forums and allow you to come back later if you need assistance.
  2. We have let the Admin/Mod know that you are not wanting to participate in the forums at all and they can block you from the site.

Hello @user_wt145r as our Forums expert @Again mentioned we cannot delete your profile and you can turn off notifications to not receive emails about it. These profiles are automatically created as part of your Xfinity ID. Whether you choose to use forums is entirely up to you and no personal information is linked to the default username.
