Phone service

Xfinity has the worst customer service. We paid for 2 cell phones for almost a year.  When we went in for service they claim they cannot replace or fix the phone while I was paying extra for warranty etc.  Now they said I had to still pay for the old phone and purchase a new phone to keep my cell phone on.  This is a rip off. I need to get this resolved
