Outbound porting issue, resulting in no text/SMS service on new carrier
Hi,
I purchased a new phone yesterday with another Verizon MVNO.
I ported my number to them from Xfinity but texting/SMS is not working.
After researching online, this seems to be a recurring problem with porting.
It will show as completed in the Xfinity system but actually a manual push is needed.
Please can someone help?
