Open Letter to Tom Karinshak

To whom it may concern: The store in Corte Madera should be shut down. 
Since April, I have had numerous account and modem issues. While Randall has been kind, he is horrible at his job as a manager. So much so that even though I returned the Modem back in April, Randall failed to put it in the system and I have been overcharged by $264 dollars. The only person trying to do anything about this to help is a manager in the Santa Rosa office named Martin. 
Martin was covering for Randall this week one day and was the most helpful person I have ever met at xfinity! 
When one walks into the Corte Madera store, they encounter Xfinity staff watching movies on a very loud TV. When I have politely asked the staff to turn down the volume while I am engaging in a transaction, I have been met with an unprofessional attitude. 
Yesterday was enough for me to escalate this to corporate, yelp it, and post photos. 
On 7/10 at approx 4pm, i walked into the Corte Madera store and gave Randall my old Modum. He gave me a new one but never disclosed the cost. I had to ask him for it. He said my bill was now $50 a month but could not explain why. At the same time, a very nice gentleman was speaking to this person in the photo(below). The xfinity rep was beyond rude to the customer saying, “good luck with having to pay your $150 bill . I will not help you anymore . Leave the store!.” I stood up for the gentleman who was being treated horribly by this salesperson. At that point, the salesperson yelled at both of us, saying, “Leave now!”. Both the man and I  asked Randall to step in and control his employee (watch the footage! You have hired a very bad person!) . Randall did nothing. He was scared himself of the employee. The dangerous employee threatened us (all on camera) and called security to remove us! For what?? Your manager, Randall, is supposed to handle  this, and he did nothing. Security came and harassed us. We filed a police report against Barberie security. 
All this is because the Corte Madera store is run by an ineffective manager, Randall, and hires dangerous men . 
We have posted this online and we are suing xfinity for harassment. 
We asked to speak to Randall’s manager and he refused to give us the name.

Calling customer service gets us know where. we are desperately trying to find another internet company that can serve us. xfinity is a horrible company, as you know from your reviews.
