Notifications for DMs

Annoying, isn't it? No, the only notification provided for DMs here is the one you get when you visit a forums.xfinity.com page.

Please be aware that there are 2 kinds of responses in this Forum: Replies and Comments. When you Comment on a post by scrolling down to "Comment on this post here...", I am notified of your response. But if you select Reply, I am NOT notified and may not be aware of your response.

Is there an option I'm missing to get notified (emails, mobile app push notifications, ...) when I get a DM on this forum?

This is quite annoying to have to come back and check every few hours / days, especially when I'm in an active discussion with support over there.

Check your Notification & Preferences in your Profile settings to make sure you have notifications for New direct messages received checked and then saved.
