Not receiving emails on the sever and 3rdParty apps
I recently changed my account login last night which also corresponds to my email. After the update, I’m not receiving emails directly on the email server or through 3rd party apps. Looking for help from Xfinity to troubleshoot the issue. Thanks, Frank

To confirm that it’s an Xfinity email server issue, I created and sent an email from the server to myself and it was not delivered or received in the inbox. I also sent an email from my Gmail account to my Comcast account and did not receive the email in my inbox.
