Not honoring chats
We had a chat with a agent yesterday (July 2nd) also made a payment prior to the chat. We requested an extension and was giving one for the July 17th. Great.
Today July 2nd service is off
I call and after 1 hour of Pass the buck. Someone does there job and does some investigating. After looking at the chat transcript and talking with someone. Xfinity will honor it and service will be on in 15 mins to 1hour. Also you need to make 2 different payments on said dates. Okay great. Also here is a ecm# if you have any problems. 3 hours go by and still no service. I call and call, get hung up on 2 times, just to be told PAY IN FULL. If I had it I would. Xfinity you gonna honor this or what
Does this happen often?

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
