New to Xfinity

Whoever had my phone number prior to me had Xfinity. I am new to Xfinity, but cannot sign in because the app assumes I'm someone else. I am trying to get my Xfinity Wi-Fi set up, but cannot because the app will not allow me to fix the address, email, etc

PLEASE help
