New resident needs Serviceability Ticket to clear address block (Night shift worker)

Hello,

I am a new resident trying to set up internet service at my new address, but there is an active collections block on the location from a previous tenant.

I work night shifts and am unable to visit an Xfinity Store or call customer service during normal business hours. I have my valid Permanent Residence Card and my official signed lease agreement ready to submit as proof of residency.

Could a corporate digital care agent please open a Serviceability Ticket for my address and send me a secure link so I can upload my documents?
