Lost trade in

My iPhone 12 Pro Max is not even showing that I traded it in even though I DID in the Greeneville TN store and they took it and mailed it. They gave me $400 credit instead of the promotion $1,000. I’ve been in the location a dozen times and called xfinity support multiple times. This has been going on for 6 months now…. Since October 2024. I get run around in circles and told different stories by everyone. The store manager is clueless and unhelpful. How is my trade missing plus no record of the trade at the xfinity store? HELP!!!!!!
