Lied 2 on chat session

I got conned into switching to ultimate tv , when I had super+more package which included hbo, showtime ,mgm+, netflix. Paid for starz separate,  said my plan would be the same at least 3 times in our conversation, which i copied to my phone, also to switch to xfinity mobile, now I don't have none of my premiums. It would cost me now $65MORE a month, about ,$800 for the year, how is this savings me money, im not accepting the new phone, This is criminal. Especially since I have it in writing from the chat agent. [Edited: Language]
