How?
I was told this site I could talk to a rep instead of the 1800# where they hang up and don’t call back but it’s frustrating and seems like a dead end. Like the only remedy is telling friends and family NEVER deal with company cause yall leave us powerless in loops with higher bills promising “FREE” phones or discounts but then go back and don’t hold your end of the bargain . It’s always someone else’s fault or lie and now I’m stuck for years with a high bills and a upgraded service that is no faster then my old plans years ago
