How do you mark a reply as the Accepted Answer?

Per this message, I'm being asked to "...mark a Reply as the Accepted Answer." When I follow the link I see no way to do this. Can you tell me how to mark a Reply as the Accepted Answer? Thx! George

If you'll look underneath @XfinityMarcus's reply you'll see three options: Like, Reply, and Mark as Accepted Answer. If you don't see those options, either the thread has been closed or that option isn't available for that post.
