Horrible experience

I am so upset , First of all I used your instant messaging to find a new plan , all these homes being guy wanted to do was talk about phone service which we do not need , He said he would reduce our bill by ten dollars .. not great but said ok . I look to find my bill got raised .. so I called back and after being on the phone with an agent for 2 hours .. i explained to him we wanted the exact same service with a 4 k box , he said i can do that , and give you a free iPad and your bill will be only 100 a month , he said you will have exactly what you have now .. I said i don’t want streaming , he said no it’s exactly the same as what you have no changes .. today our cable box quit working and a zumo box arrived , Turns out he put us on all streaming .. well that’s exactly what I said we didn’t want .. so. So the agent put our service back but now no cable tonight because they couldn’t get our account up and going !! I’m extremely upset !!
