To whom it should concern:

 

I had a horrible experience with Xfinity Support a couple of days ago. I am a long time customer, and what happened is inexcusable.

 

I have 3 AT&T phones and Xfinity Land Line. There were an unusal number of Messages that showed up on my phone. When I checked, several were Voice Mails, some important, that had never come through to me. Concerned, I called support for help at about 2:10 in the afternoon.

 

A very nice young woman took over and put me in touch with the Repair Team. She updated me me a couple of times - over a couple of hours period - then I was notified that my SERVICE was restored. The Service Was Not The Issue!

 

I called back a couple of times, was put on extended "hold" periods and finally resorted to Chat. I was communicating with a seemingly very nice gentleman, who was trying to help with the described Voice Mail and Message Issues. It was taking forever, but he Chatted to keep holding on.

 

Then I was transferred to someone else. I had input all of the details as to exactly what had transpired. On hold again for another hour or so. This went on and on with no success.

 

7:00 @ night. Another man came on the line with whom I chatted. After quite a while he sent a message saying that he had found a "permanent solution". The next thing I knew I NO LONGER HAD A WIFI CONNECTION, and all of my notes from the entire day had disappeared.

 

WiFi eventually came back on, but I never did find out if the problem about which I originally called was resolved. AN ENTIRE AFTERNOON AND EVENING WASTED!

 

I am so very unhappy with this hours long experience. I am 81 years old and cannot handle the stress. Asking for your help. WHAT TO DO??? Please respond.
