Help with restoring service

Hello my service was disconnected today due to my past due scheduled payment not being processed and i wanted to have it reconnected and i will pay it tomorrow morning i had a fraudulent charge that wiped out my account and i just need help

Thanks for clarifying. If the account is disconnected for non-payment, our team likely won't have the ability to restore your services, but we can at least look into what may be sticking with your payment arrangement eligibility. Please send us a direct message with your full name, name on the account (if different), and service address, and we'll take a look together!

Here are detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
